Cancellation policies, direct billing policies, and more. Help us continue to run our clinic as efficiently as possible.

Cancellation Policy

We get that last minute schedule changes can happen. Please give us minimum 24-hours notice for all cancelling and rescheduling needs. This ensures we can try and fill your appointment slot with another patient. Less than 24-hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment fee.

No Show Policy

Our no show policies are straightforward - if you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged the full fee of the appointment. All clinics require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments; failure to do so may result in a no-show fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Direct Billing Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct billing services. All patients are required to pay up front and will be provided with a receipt for insurance submissions.
