About Me.
Hello! I'm Rhiannon, a dedicated registered massage therapist practising since 2019 across Ontario and Alberta. I trained at two esteemed colleges in Ontario, each offering a unique perspective: one specializing in clinical rehabilitation and targeted treatment, and the other embracing a holistic approach that treats the whole person. This diverse foundation allows me to blend evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, mind-body approach, making each session highly personalized.
I’m known as a “jack of all trades” in my field, excelling at customizing each treatment to my clients’ individual needs and goals. My style incorporates slow, targeted techniques such as trigger point release and deep neuromuscular work, designed to address deep-seated tension and promote lasting relief. I am also certified in various specialized modalities, including cupping and shockwave therapy, which I can seamlessly integrate into my treatments to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Whether my clients seek pain relief, relaxation, or functional improvement, my versatile approach helps them achieve their wellness goals.
